Cassie is an active member and executive board member of the American Family of Conciliation Courts, a member of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and previously served on the Utah Supreme Court's Lawyer Wellness Committee and the Utah Supreme Court Ethics and Discipline panel. One of the firm's attorneys is a Utah State Court Rostered Domestic Mediator. The firm brings decades of combined experience and emphasizes a collaborative, trauma-informed, settlement-first approach to resolving family law disputes, including a proprietary mediation process. The firm also created Modern Family Foundations to help families build new structures after divorce.
